How do I return an item purchased on the website?
We guarantee quality in every item we sell. If our product does not meet your expectations, we will be glad to exchange it, replace it, or refund the purchase price within 15 days of delivery if purchased online. The Pewter Lady will not refund or exchange pieces damaged due to improper care of your product.
If you need to return an online purchase item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and boxes in which they were sent. Shipping will not be reimbursed by The Pewter Lady.
If you feel that the shipping is coming out too HIGH, please call! We can place the order over the phone. The website calculates a box for each item and sometimes shipping comes out really expensive!
We ship using FedEx or UPS. Generally, the items you order will go out in 1-3 days. During the Show Season in the Fall, it may take a few more days to be shipped.
Holiday Market Purchases
Unfortunately, items purchased at holiday markets are final sales and are not returnable or refundable.
